he's agenda driven, not "journalism" driven.

this is why i said awhile back any hackdog can pay $6.95 and put up a website. what i respect about dcfanatic is how much work he puts into what he does.

what i don't respect is what he does.

That about sums up the way I see it as well. It almost seems as if he started with the best intentions...now feels slighted...and is exacting his little measure of revenge on the Cowboys by whining about everything he perceives to be a mistake and being LOUD about it. Lame.

What ever happened to people just renting billboards and getting on with their lives?

Yeah cause the media are going to be out there on the field Sunday making a difference in the outcome of the game.
True, true.

It's Wednesday and the team is focused on what today?

The media and the Chargers.

Wake up.

Yeah.

All you guys are right.

This team has had so much sucess with media distractions in the past.

All of this BS started last season with Ed Werder and you all jumped up and down to go after him.

Then when the team collapsed and didn't make the playoffs you were mad that the team spent so much time worrying about the media.

The mental toughness this team has shown and the coach has shown over the last few seasons clearly shows they fight multiple battles at once.

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Same idiot homer fans. Same Cowboyszone. Same Dallas Cowboys. Same coach who wants to absolve players of blame.

And if anyone thinks this team needs motivation by a fight with Steve Dennis to beat the Chargers then I feel sad for you.

He's a reporter. He's not wearing a helmet. He doesn't wear any shoulder pads. He's not going to be throwing TD passes on Sunday. He's not going to be coming after Tony Romo on Sunday.

How some of you think it's a great thing that this team wants to fight all week with the media so they can be motivated to beat the Chargers shows how silly some of you are with the BS.

We just spent 12 games being focused on football.

Now it's crunch time and you guys are happy the team is now focused on the media and football.

How stupid does that sound?

You are no different than any of the other media shills. Don't like the Zone, don't come around. Pretty simple.

Not as stupid as your rant. The team coming together matters last year had to do with what was happening with the team, people got upset with Werder but there must have been some truth to it or we would not have eaten 9 million on TO and he would still be here. Werder was the face people yelled out the problem was between players not the media.

Oh get off it. You think this is the first time a team has gotten into it with the media or a member of it?

There are a few examples of that through the history of the league, I'd imagine, and teams just used that as extra fuel.

No one here said that they were going to use it as their only motivation. If that's the only motivation that they have going against the Chargers then, yeah, that would be extremely sad. I really don't see where using it as extra motivation and adding it to what you've already got hurts anything at all.

And plenty of teams have done it plenty of times. It's nothing new.

As for all the same old stuff well people can say that about most of everything you post.

Same old DC.

You're so way off-base on this one, dc, it's not worth giving you directions.
This is players coming to the defense of the coach and the team. It's a good thing, to the extent it's anything at all.

I don't have anything against him either, really. I don't, however, like how he works. He consistently post his blogs and radio segments in a manner that that tries to influence the way his readers/listeners perceive his bias....and he is biased. That's his way...and its no different than the other reporters/media people that people here consistently ***** about.

If he just posted info, and let his fans decide and discuss, that would be one thing...but that's not how he rolls. If you agree with him prepare for an onslaught of smilies, headbangs, and lame insults. Shame really, I used to like his show and I can't find myself ever listening to it again simply because of they way he acts here.

He ALWAYS thinks this team is breaking down in one way or another.

Who cares if you like my show or me?

I am not biased.

I'm real.

You can sit and be happy with the way this team functions no matter how silly they look year in and year out.

That's not my style.

I am not a sheep. You are.

I'm sorry. Are they taking the field in 10 minutes?

Oh they don't play till Sunday?

Thanks. Now if you'll wake up that would be nice.

LOL! Another "It's my opinion so it makes me real and your thoughts and opinions make you a sheep" post from DC.

That's hilarious.

Wade Phillips can't handle Steve Dennis? Or any media member?

But he can lead this team to a Super Bowl?

No, your style is to be a whiny pain in the ***. Why do you come here? After all we are all just "stupid homer fans".

You really need to get over yourself. Where do you park that giant ego at night?

So you get upset because you got called out but do not understand players being mad because Dennis called them losers? Dallas is practicing and getting ready for the Chargers, Dennis comes to their house where they work and you are shocked and upset because the players are PO'ed at him?

Your opinion on whether or not this team is focused seems to change depending on what ill-conceived point you are trying to make at any particular moment.

dcfanatic;3131485 said:
Wade is just happy to have the job is what you just insinuated and I think you are correct. He's had that outlook from day one.

This is the reason he's afraid to try and take control of this team. It's the #1 reason this team is completely undisciplined and has little focus when Sunday rolls around.

Can you really look around and tell me that the Cowboys have looked 100% focused in the last three years?

Are you sybil or do you just like talking out of both sides of your mouth in order to further your agenda and ego?

Just a few posts ago you were the one making the comment along the lines of the cowboys have two opponents now one being the chargers and the other being dennis or the media.
