Gallup got paid after an injury, will we do the same for Pollard?

Yes he does. If Pollard gets tagged it will take up 10 million of the money the Cowboys free up with cuts and restructures. You draft two running backs from the 2nd through the 5th round and take your chances.
Or just cut Zeke and sign a guy we already know is a real playmaker

YES Pollard should get a new deal. Why is Pollards injury considered so serious? He will be fully recovered and ready to go in plenty of time for next year.
.....and he should start and get the bulk of carries (inside & out).......if he's all that. And be forced to play hurt or injured too, like the previous RB or Gallup. Right?

We saw the injury to Gallup and how limited he seemed this past season. Do we keep this in mind when assessing whether to keep Pollard or not?? Give your thoughts please...
we are run by a moron so yes, absolutely

You jest…….but honestly….this is how you have been talking about zeke for 3 or 4 years now and it’s been completely laughable. At least you finally realize how ridiculous you sound.

Man up……..you were dead wrong.
Just having some fun. It is the off-season, and reality that Zeke may be gone.
If it happens I know there will be a lot of celebration on here. I will be fine, whatever is best for the team moving forward.

Many players have moved on since I was a fan since 67-68 seasons. Rather they are released, traded, or retire. Life moves on.

Do you think it’s best for the cowboys to make zeke a post june 1 cut?

Does that gain them the most cap space. By just cutting him or a June1st cut? If so is time to move on. Though I think he can benefit from better OL play and play calling / schemes / blocking schemes. But truthfully it is time to move on. He is at that RB wall, unless you are an Emmitt type player.
Just as it was Dez, and I was a Dez fan as well. But understood the situation. I was over his release in 1 day. It happens.

Would I hope Zeke can stay, yes, but he will not be the same. Even a restructure and huge pay cut is not the long term answer.
If the are committed to Dak, and stuck with his cap hit as well. Then they need better players. And I don't think Pollard is the long term answer either. But pair him with a RB in the draft, if a top RB. Not some scrub 5th rounder. And Davis is not that guy either.

As I said whatever is best for the team. I was hoping Zeke could bounce back this year, he did not. I was also giving Dak this year to decide on him, I was disappointed in him as well, overall.
The past 2 years the team faded in the stretch when they are to be better for a playoff run. Something needs to change.

If he is a post June 1 cut we save 10 million dollars in this years cap. So we agree its time to move on.

And honestly, even if he would play for free we have seen that Jones does not agree with us that Zeke has diminished and will pressure them to start and feature him. This can no longer happen. It is hurting the offense and the team.

time for a brand new RB room. Time for new guys to get excited about and follow.
