If you guys are tired of him, we'll gladly take him in Philly
Can you take the OP instead? If you guys are tired of him, we'll gladly take him in Philly
66 catches for 1,107 is pretty good man.
Not seeing why Gallup is not getting more love. He has taken a huge step this season. I also think he will only improve by having more YACs, TDs and less drops. I like what he has done.
Can you take the OP instead?
Make a thread for that, don't derail this already juicy potential.
You don't have to keep him. Just drop him in the woods where he can't find his way back.pass
How many other teams have a QB asking for $40 million a year?
That's pretty unique

That’s another debate, but if he isn’t, forcing Gallup into that role isn’t the answer.Truth is....Is Amari that guy? From what data we had, seems like he’s been fairly easy to take out of a game.
In fairness, "Drops" are different than targets that weren't caught. A "drop" is technically a pass that should have been caught. What you are talking about goes more to catch %.He may always be a "number 2" *excessive eye roll* but he'll never be a Laurent Robinson, Terrence Williams or a Miles Austin.
Besides, let's be real honest..of the passes that were dropped, how many weren't even in Calvin Johnson's catch radius?
The kid is good.
Question for you: give up one. Dak or Amari? One will not be here soon. Both cannot be signed for the money they want. One will walk....
Can you take the OP instead?
This is definitively false, but whatever you say.

I disagree. His second year he showed flashes and honestly down the stretch he seemed more like a #1 than Coop. I like him with Cooper though. I don’t think he’s at a point where you want him to be your main receiving threat.
Absolutely agree. Without even knowing their stats, Gallup just appeared to be the dominant receiver in many of the games. He should be able to improve on some of his deficiencies while with Cooper we are seeing the final product
BTW, that stands for "runs after catch", because it's more than just yards, it's also how he gets the yards. And some of the catches and RAC have been almost astounding.
