Keep arguing that Romo is better than Aikman and no one will take you serious about anything :)
I'm actually not arguing the point because it should be obvious to anyone who doesn't romanticize the past or overrate team achievements.

actually at this point of Aikmans career he was the same place Romo is....minus the numbers Romo has

Romo is 29 years old and starting his 7th season. At the end of Aikman's 7th season he has 3 SB Rings.

Bironas cost them the game 2 missed FGs...that hurts...can't overlook ST play because in this case it may cost the Titans the game.

The guy is arguing that VY is better than Collins. I don't know why I'm debating this, he is a Texas fan, and we know how some of those guys can get :p:

Romo's career QB rating is almost as high as Aikman's highest single season QB rating. It's higher than his second highest single season QB rating, and it's a full 13 points higher than his career QB rating (94 vs. 81). He averages 70 yards per game more than Aikman did. Romo throws literally twice as many TDs per attempt as Aikman.

Honestly, there is no comparison between the two. But, of course, you can always say, "three Super Bowls," to which I reply "team achievement." And that's your only argument, shot down completely.

He is 29 years old and in his 7th season, that is a fact. You can't make Romo a 3rd year player, he isn't. And that is what a lot of people try to do. Using that logic then Sage Rosenfels is a rookie, since he has never had a complete season starting. Who knows, maybe after 14 years he will be a break out rookie ;)

So what achievements does Romo have for us to romanticize or overrate?

Pittsburghs rushing attack is like they are trying to run through brick walls.....not very effective tonight.

You must like baseball :) this isn't baseball. I didn't vote Aikman into the hall of fame on the first ballot. Football people did. And no one is talking about Romo and the hall of fame right now.
