Once again, some great meals. Guys, I think we should put all these fine meals on a ballot, vote for the 20 best and then release a Cowboys Fanzone cook book.

today is Fajita's everything grilled and ton of cold beerSpecial day...my oldest brother is home for the first time in 21 months. He lives in Italy and was craving brisket. So, he's saying Zoom mass from my home and then we're having brisket with beans Ala Charra and Mexican rice. He said a prayer for the Cowboys during mass last week....lol.
What's on your plate?
Go Cowboys, Salud!
my kids swim too. I am all too familiar with the trips, long days and the few minutes you get to enjoy watching them swim. hope they have a good meet.We are at a swim meet out of town. Going to get the kids some sandwiches at Subway and get on the road immediately so that I can listen to most of the game and get home for the 4th quarter.
Good luck!We are at a swim meet out of town. Going to get the kids some sandwiches at Subway and get on the road immediately so that I can listen to most of the game and get home for the 4th quarter.
Kenji is great. I started following him when he was with America's Test Kitchen and bought his cookbook, The Food Lab, which is excellent.Left overs of penne bolognese.
Closely followed the recipe below
Just lost my appetite.
That looks like something that’s been extruded rather than something about to be ingested

What did they use to cook that tortilla, a manhole cover?
Lol. Done that and after it thawed I couldn’t figure out what exactly it was or how it got there or who put it there. It didn’t have fur on it so I slapped it on the grill. I think it was pork. Are you considering steak or have you found something in the freezer that you think is steak?
I've done that, found something and decided to thaw it out to see what it is only to find it was a part of something else and I didn't recall eating the first part of it which, obviously, leads to "do I live here"?
Bummer dude!My wife and I will be traveling all day so the menu will include a Whataburger somewhere on the way, while we try to tune in on the Cowboys radio network.
Happy birthday!! I miss those days...Last minute preparations for my youngest daughters sleepover B Day party. Heading off to Mass for some extra Blessings. Hahaha
No clue yet what's on the plate. Probably fast food.
As always.....Crown and Diet Pepsi.
Holy Guacamole Batman!
