That looks like the Ultimate Burrito they used to serve in NASCAR Cafe. If you could eat it in one hour or less, it was free.

Ain’t nuttin wrong with a Whataburger anytime. I did an annual mission trip to Uganda which arrived back at DFW Sunday mornings. The wife always asked what I wanted to eat and it was always Whataburger by Bass Pro.

No there's not. Haven't lived near a Whataburger in years and miss it much! Every time I travel to Texas, I make sure to pick up a Whataburger, even if it's just a stopover in the airport, I'll try and find one.

Chicken Cacciatore with an arugula and field greens salad, side of lemon pasta and garlic parmesan bread.

Bottle of Georges DuBoeuf Beaujolais Nouveau. The new crop just came out on Thursday and it's good. If you like red wine but have a low tolerance for the sulfite used in aging, this is a new wine introduced the third Thursday in November every year and we started this tradition back in the late 70's and I have kept it up going on for almost 50 years. If you do try it, beware that it has a short shelf life of about 4 months. But the upside is it creates "hey, we got to drink all this wine before it goes bad on us" party.

Speaking of the 70’s, didn’t vintages like Beaujolais, Chianti, Ripple ,and Muscatel go away after that decade?

Busy today so no time for anything special. That said the wife and I discovered the best Sangria at a local farmers market. We restocked this morning. I plan on drinking too much of it. Daughter’s boyfriend is coming over so I guess I need to rally and do something.

Btw my Thanksgiving menu is going to be an A plus. We are hosting and going big this year. Enjoy the eats my Cowboys brethren.
