Made two big pots of Chili yesterday.... one regular for the family, one spicy for me!

A little extra fermentation over night to let all the flavors out; good to go for the game with some Sam Adams to quench the fire.

Looks like a Dion’s pizza sort of day. So pizza subs salad bluedream and Dos Equis. The dos is tentative depending on how the game starts. The beer no es bueno for the nerves with big games for some raisin.

Smothered chicken breasts with mushroom gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, some garlic bread and a couple ice cold Shiner Bocks.

Green chili chicken enchiladars, refried beans and chips. I ordinarily do Shiner when the game is away, but today is Flybird Prickly Pear Margaritars.

My wife and I will be traveling all day so the menu will include a Whataburger somewhere on the way, while we try to tune in on the Cowboys radio network.

Ain’t nuttin wrong with a Whataburger anytime. I did an annual mission trip to Uganda which arrived back at DFW Sunday mornings. The wife always asked what I wanted to eat and it was always Whataburger by Bass Pro.
