Game day Menu

I’m down almost 50lbs since April. It’s getting easier and easier to follow.... Took Nexium for 20 years daily and now maybe once a month. Now sweets make me almost sick. Don’t crave them at all
I lost 110 pounds 6 years ago, I've put on about 30 back since then. Gonna try lose about 10 to get back to a comfortable 255. I already lost 6.

It looks like it’s a Mediterranean food but I’m gonna make it from scratch. Of course buying one premade would give me a good baseline as to taste and consistency

actually it is indian. the trader joe one is close enough to restaurant that it does give u a good baseline.

the other thing i may do today is the chocolate croissant you buy in dough form from trader joe (best item by far that they have imo).
i actually serve it in parties and people try to get the last flake off the plate.

That’s another great tip. Thanks

If y’all want a show stopping dish you can bring to parties check out this one. Easy to make and can be served cold or room temperature. Spicy Sesame Noodles

Right now, no idea. Just getting going for the day.
On 1st cup of coffee.

But I think it will be some baked Tilapia with some kind of spices on it. Salad or maybe some green beans, but that Mac and cheese mentioned sure sounds good. But that probably won't be until after the game.

Normal Festivus table fare. Meatloaf, dilled potatoes, collard greens and banana pudding.
Yo,Man!,,,what's them "dilled potatoes" all about? ,,,Are they steamed/ pressure cooked with heaps of fresh dill?,,,(IDK,,it's why I'm asking)

* as a kid growing up, I'd always have about 1/3 rd of a row of dill planted out in the garden for MOM's pickle canning experiments (WHEW!, some turned out pretty horrid:lmao:)
