Man, if I'd dropped 110 lbs?I lost 110 pounds 6 years ago, I've put on about 30 back since then. Gonna try lose about 10 to get back to a comfortable 255. I already lost 6.

,,,Unfortunately I don't have a rotisserie oven. I might get one since it sounds like it makes cooking a prime rib pretty simple.If you have a rottiserie that would be great. The great thing about Bone in Prime Rib is that you can temp the center to 145 so when you cut it into portions you get rare in the middle, medium outside of that and well done with a great crust for the folks that like that.

Pot roast, with potatoes, carrots, and onions, corn on the cob, home bake rolls, ice tea.
