Appreciate hearing what you think of the Glenfiddich. Sharing a wee dram of 18 yo Macallan with myself.

And, roast chicken, steamed asparagus and salad with homemade apple pie for dessert. :)
I usually buy the 15 or 18 and i like them both but this 21 really goes the extra mile. No harshness of any sort. The 15 i find a tad harsh and the 18 less so, but this 21 is almost perfect.
Sometimes i taste too much bourbon flavor from the barrels they use, i don't notice it after a few small sips though :D. I also like GlenLivet and GlenGrant

I'm not a fan of Macallan, maybe i just haven't bought the right aged bottle yet. Macallan seems a little pricier than the others and i'm still trying to figure out why that is.

We toured Ireland and Scotland this past October and visited the Macallan distillery. Stunning! Got a chance to taste several different casks. Really made me a fan.

Late to the party because I was up until 4 cleaning after a party. Left over tamales and little ham/turkey and cheese sliders for this tubby. A little mulled Makers Mark with apple cider for hair of the dog before I get my act together for a couple months (hopefully).
