* I'll prolly nuke some of that dinner plate sized Ham steak I've been making sandwiches outta' for the last couple of days,,,I did hit the local long established "MoM& PoP" el spic'O drive-thru on Thursday, for the #8 order ,,,chilies releno, beans& rice,,,that FEED stuck with me for TWO days( I know it weighed damn near 6 to 7 lbs. as dude handed it out to me thru the window,,, it must've been that " keep the change,Bro" part when I'd paid, why HE'D hooked me up so good:starspin:

If you have a rottiserie that would be great. The great thing about Bone in Prime Rib is that you can temp the center to 145 so when you cut it into portions you get rare in the middle, medium outside of that and well done with a great crust for the folks that like that.
