I can see the Starks getting back Winterfell and then siding with Dany to stop the White Walkers.....Jon knows what is coming and they Starks never had any desire to rule the 7 Kingdoms
I wonder if Sansa told Brienne everything about Littlefinger......he conspired to kill Joffrey with Olena Terrell, got Cersai locked up and killed her Aunt at the Vale(who is a Tully)...a lot of forces colliding..
The Martells want revenge on the Lannisters as well and could side with Blackfish/Starks....the Iron Born hate the Boltons and Theon owes the Starks.....Sam's father may take sides agains Jon and the Wildlings....someone needs to kill Walder Fray for violating guest rights and being a general creep..
Hopefully Ghost kills Ramsey Bolton and takes his time....
Ultimately, I see a united seven kingdoms against the white walkers, just a matter of who rules where. The Starks will retake winterfel, the Tully's *may* lose Riverrun in an attempt to help Sansa/Jon, but will retake that. The Stormlands really have no lord, or at least no one to rally behind, so they will follow who ever has the power. Tommen's days are numbered and when he dies (the prophecy) unless Margery is pregnant, there is no clear line of succession and I think Danerys retakes the seven kingdoms with ease. Not to mention, unless Margery is pregnant, any Tyrell/Lannister alliance dies with him. Littlefinger will make the Vale interesting, he won't resist Danery's and 10,000+ men (forgot what the final count was, 8k unsullym 2k second sons, and how many dolthraki screamers?), but he's come to far to cash in his winnings. He wants the Iron Throne, will be interesting to see what his next move is. The Iron islands likely will bend a knee to Danerys as well.
Just don't see how Dorne fits into this besides wanting the Lannister's dead. I know in the book, the Martells planned to wed their daughter to Viserys, but he's dead and said daughter is not in the show, so while they seem like there would be no reason for them to oppose Danerys, with Prince Doran dead, there's not much of a reason for an alliance, especially when they are so far south, they aren't likely to believe the truth about the white walkers.
Not to mention,George RR Martin ultimately gives characters without honor, what they deserve. Catelyn Stark (she promised the gods she would love Jon if they healed him), Robb Stark (not without honor, but he did break an oath), Theon Greyjoy, Viserys Targaryen, the witch who cursed Drogo, ect, so Ellaria Sand will get what's coming to her in due time.
