Of Dragons and Men
I'm going to have to go with Littlefinger. Either that or Walder Frey and house.
Not if the dragon stays loyal to the last remaining Targaryan. When they kill Dany, don't they have to kill her armies as well. Grey Worm and the unsullied and the Dothraki.

Maybe it was intended for the people of Winterfell. Maybe we'll find out, if the little bird reaches her destination.I'm still trying to figure out who Varys was writing to to tell them that Jon was the rightful heir? Who would it make a difference to that would be strong enough to warrant writing to inform them? I only came up with two sides, the letter is to all the other Houses not already involved in this battle to sway them into joining Jon's side. The other would be a huge development, the Iron Bank. Cersei and the Lannisters, and the kingdom in general were in huge debt to the Iron Bank and with the Lannister's done who pays back their loans? They would be willing to back Jon, provided he was willing to agree to pay back the money owed them by the previous ruler and it's also going to take a lot of money to rebuild. They have been a force that no House has been willing to cross and they wield considerable wealth and power. How many forces they personally have is unknown, but they do have the power to call in markers from all other houses and kingdoms which would be more than formidable. It's been said many times that the Iron Bank gets their dues.
That's all over Winterfell by now, Sansa be at the beauty shop saying "you didn't hear it from me, but............"Maybe it was intended for the people of Winterfell. Maybe we'll find out, if the little bird reaches her destination.

Maybe the Lord of Light witches? They were backing Dany (except for Melisandre)I'm still trying to figure out who Varys was writing to to tell them that Jon was the rightful heir? Dorne
Don't you love how clean that cave-in is? Never seen a cave-in that clean in my life.
I don't think they're dead, too anti-climatic for such major characters. I think they crawl and drag their way out of the rubble and confront Dany in the throne room, or somewhere else within the keep and there's a showdown between Dany and Cersei and Arya mopping up whoever is left. I'm thinking Cersei kills Dany in a shocker and then Arya kills Cersei while she gloats, to cross the last name off her list.
Have you seen many cave ins?
Because they fear the dragon? Gray worm, the unsullied and the Dothraki follow Dany specifically because of what she did / who she was for them, not because she is a TargaryenNot if the dragon stays loyal to the last remaining Targaryan.
