I've been watching the Cowboys since 1974. I can't remember ever watching a Cowboy game anywhere but in my home, by myself. Of course, I've allowed my wife and daughter to sit quietly in the room and bring me food and drink as needed, but there is no conversation. I like to focus on the game, is what I tell them. The other day, my daughter asked, "why do you chat with your friends on the CZ during the game, but you can't talk to us?". I had to explain to her, "they aren't my friends, they're a bunch of idiots and I only post during the game to correct them, because I feel sorry for their ignorance.". Sorry, guys!
What are your confessions?

The family knows game time is my time. I don't like to watch with negative ppl in the room. Always nervous during the game, even when we have a good lead.

Especially when the Cowboys have the lead. I really only enjoy Cowboy blowouts.

I have to confess, I am not much of a beer drinker. Instead, game day is when I "reward" myself with the the good stuff - single malt scotch, neat, no ice, no water.

Actually a single malt - or anything good - often needs a bit of water (or ice) to open up the flavor. Anything over 80 proof is designed for that - just macho folks ignoring it

I prefer to watch the game alone with nobody around that will talk above the TV. I have actually told people to leave the room when they tried to start a discussion about a shopping trip to the store or to discuss Aunt Bessies apple pie recipe. I have a sign on top of the TV stand that says "Quiet Cowboys on TV", I not only expect it I demand it.
And if they start losing then watch out.
I once called Phil Simms a name{cant be repeated here}and the family still gets a good laugh about it.

Yeah I usually just watch the games with a close friend of mine who's also a diehard Cowboys fan. I avoid watching the games in public like the plague. Way too many trolls out there. No distractions while we watch the game.

I only watch John Wayne and Clint Eastwood movies. I'm not a Rams fan!!! Lol

You are missing out on some quality TV. There are a few sitcoms that you need to experience. Start with an older one......The Cosby Show(ignore what Bill did while watching). Then watch Seinfeld and finish with Modern Family and Parks and Rec.

Bay10--- I use to be total alcoholic...and i loved my booze....but i created so much wreckage in my life and to myself i had to stop..never understood people saying they drink for the taste?....i only drank to get it from bottle into stomach....not for taste...but to each his own...GO COWBOYS

Confession: on a game like today where I don't have access to watch it, I go back and forth and back and forth....do I go to a bar that might have it on? no, no, I live in eagles territory, they won't put it on just to spite me as I wear my Troy jersey...do I try to take over a friend's house that has the ticket? no, no, again, I live in NE Penna and they will either have the Eagles on or the Steelers...strike two,,,,WHAT TO DO, WHAT TO DO....a link for the game???? possibly, but then I am watching on my PC and not on my TV in comfort

back and forth, what do I do?

now, it gets to be 1:00pm, game time...WHAT THE #@$%@#$%@ AM I GONNA DO? it is too late to actually try to find the game....TRY every channel that is on my cable just to be sure - OH NO, THE LITTLE SCROLLING SCORE BAR AT THE BOTTOM OF THE EAGLES GAME SAID DALLAS IS UP 7-0!!! Who was it? ARe they on my fantasy team? SON OF A *****....if was a run by Smith? what is he doing running the ball? where is Zeke? OMG, WHY CAN'T I WATCH THE GAME?

Now, it is mid-2nd quarter when I just bite the bullet and watch Red Zone for any scrap of information on Dallas....

There was a guy that posted here in the past that was a great story teller but his facts about football were often wrong. Unfortunately, he would argue about it when people inevitably questioned his facts or football knowledge.

I kind of miss his stories although the lack of accuracy did make me crazy.

actually i just get all nervous and sit there like an idiot. sometimes i get up and pace, very boring.

on the other hand, i have a buddy who is a giants fan long ago (now Commanders).
he would get so emotional and yell etc.
i got so bad that he would be on a tv by himself in a separate room.
when the giants get scored on, we would all get really quiet so we can hear the screaming from far away in the house.
so not much else, sorry to disappoint.
i suspect @Trouty has far more vivid exciting stories.
