• 4 cloves garlic crushed
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1 jalapeno minced
• 2 tablespoons white vinegar
• 2 pounds flank or skirt steak

Must marinate for at least 8 hours. Shake the bag up along the way to distribute marinate. I add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to the recipe. Also always use skirt steak. Cook to desired temp. Cut meat against the grain.

I'm happy to report my son and I will be attending a family get-together today.

Today is left over pizza. Had shoulder surgery a week ago so hoping to get better so I can smoke some meats for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I always have some test runs for football Sunday even though I have it down to a science.. lol

How are you feeling? I have shoulder surgery scheduled on Dec 9th. Already brushing teeth with left hand to get used to not being able to use my right arm for so long.
