Green chili stew is a staple in the house during cold weather. Roast them, peel the skin and cook with pork and potatoes. Just like the ones at The Shed in santa fe. Make posole the same way but mixtamyl instead of potatoes.

Going to McDonald’s for breakfast and gonna do some burger sliders tonight with tots in the air fryer.

I went to high school in NM, I love anything with green chili, especially Hatch, and southwestern food.

What do you think of that air fryer? I been considering getting one.

It’s pretty awesome. It’s really awesome for reheating food. It makes killer wings. Way better than using an oven, and super easy clean up. I would recommend everyone get one who has space for it.

El Dorado in da house! I've got some "Christmas" beef and pork enchiladas in the oven, rice beans, the works and whipping up some fresh Hatch guacamole. I dare anyone to challenge the 505 menu, especially in the fall! Letss goooo Nooch!

Edit...can't forget the spicy bloody Mary's. I put a pinch of red chile powder in mine. Land of Enchantment style of course!
