Cooked a big pot of chili last night and aged it in the Frigidaire. Gonna reheat it and then cook up some cornbread. Plus a vegetable to be named later.

Coach, I'm going to make some carne picada tacos filled with slices of guacamole, diced tomatoes, diced onions, lettuce and sprinkled with some lime juice. Also making some cooked beans a la charra with some Spanish rice on the side (I like to mix my Spanish rice with a bowl of baked beans). Wash it down with some ice cold Coronas (dressed up).
