Do you like avocados? They have carbs but still good for a low carb diet (fiber). Anyway they are awesome grilled. Cut them in half, rub some olive oil on the fruit and cook them face down. Takes around 10 minutes to cook them on low heat. You want grill marks. I fill them with fresh pico de gallo and cotija.
Try filling the pit with Italian dressing and a few choice seasoning after you grill it. It’s larruping.
 
So you'll be having pot roast every weekend now for a while...right???
If that’s what it takes then I’ll gladly stock up on 50lbs of chuck roast!

Then again, I’ve never cooked it back to back weeks or even more than once a month. It could actually result in some kind of alternating luck/bad luck thing. I don’t want to become a pariah like GORICO and his triple-reverse, double Platinum guarantees that backfire. I truly believe that poster has cost us games!
 
Starting a low carb diet for a few weeks.....bone in Ribeyes, medium for me and my daughter and medium well for my wife....cauliflower mash with butter, cheese and bacon and a side salad.
