Waiting all day is gonna be fun! We're having a pregame meal of homemade wings and deep dish pizza. What's on your plate?
Go Cowboys, Salud!
Having brisket tacos that are extras from best bud hosting WC games Sunday. (He's a Giants fan, so he is estatic.)
Progresso Creamy Mushroom soup; will jazz it up with a big ripe tomato- chopped up, sprinkled with Pizza Hut red pepper flakes, then broiled for a couple of minutes before tossing into the soup pot.
Lance and Ritz crackers to dip into the soup.
Original Ruffles potato chips with Doritos Cool Ranch jalapeno dip.

And I am not being compensated for the name brand mentions.

GO COWBOYS

The only good thing for you is that you don’t get to get hammered by coworkers at 7am the next morning after a loss. Start getting abused before I can even get to the coffee machine.
I don't talk smack when they lose, so they're usually pretty good...except the Eagles fan, but even he usually just does the lame wing flapping thing as he's riding by on his forklift.

Baked salmon with steamed-rice and kimchee.
Munch on some chips afterwards.
Is that old or fresh Kimchi? If it's old please keep your windows shut because I don't want to be smelling that all the way over here in San Antonio.

My wife is half Korean and she loves the old Kimchi. I HATE IT!! I tell her to brush her teeth before she tries to kiss me after eating that rotted cabbage.

Man after reading all that I'm starved.
Had Coconut yoghurt for brekkie. Skipped lunch. Dinner I'll be roasting a 5.5 lb whole chicken. $6. Tired of wasting $8 for the 2lb rotisserie ones at HEB. I'm going to smother it with olive oil and rub it with Paul Prudhommes Poultry Magic. Then I'm going to roast that baby on my new roaster arriving from Amazon this afternoon.
I'm not sure about sides but I've got large fresh jalapenos I'll likely stuff with jalapeno cream cheese and bake in the oven whilst the chicken is resting after baking.
I'll be eating that with generous frozen glasses of Guinness in mass quantities..(I can't believe the Irish drink it in room temp glasses!! Beer MUST be drunk from a frozen glass!!!)
For dessert, a small slice of deli made Quiche Lorraine placed in a warm oven for a few.
Retired so Tuesday nowhere to go- no one to see- can sleep as late as I want.
~~~~Que venga el cometa!!!
