Broaddus made a comment in this weeks Star Magazine. That the Broncos proved in the early 2000's, that the offensive front proved to be more important than the RB, if the RB fit your system.
I think that is our situation here. Though it's been debated, and over debated, and debated again, and again. But still I think that is what we have here. The coaches will use them the right way. May take a few games to get it really going, but it will happen.
I don't even think it will take that long.
IMO it's as simple as if there is a hole to run through they will run through it. IF there is nothing there then then they will get nothing.
All of the same things applied to Murray.
The difference with our current backs and Murray is that Murray looked to finish runs with a striking blow and the guys we have now want to take it to the house.
Broaddus made a good point. That was a commonly held opinion back then. Some observers should eventully be self-motivated in changing their perception of the running back position if that assumption holds true for this team.Broaddus made a comment in this weeks Star Magazine. Four days and a few hours until all these months of unrestrained angst over running back is put in its proper place. Only to be immediately replaced by months of unbridled criticism at kickoff. The universe got jokes.

I'm fine with it as long as every running back suiting up contributes by executing their assignments.I think the RB question will not be answered in game 1. I think over the 1st 4 games someone will emerge. That is not to say Randle will not be that guy and if he can show consistency he will maintain the starting role and get the majority of the carries.
"It doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is everybody getting ready to play."

I'm sure these questions about RB are literally driving Garrett insane.

Other teams didn't copy it because their offensive philosophies did not necessarily coincide enough to draft/sign the offensive lineman to run Denver's scheme.I used to often wonder if the Broncos were so successful with their zone blocking scheme, why other teams didn't copy it. They would plug and play any running back in that scheme, and he'd end up carrying plus 1,000 yards.
