Also, I cant remember where I read it but reportedly the Jets were not impressed with Spanoulo in their interview. Spag's was reportedly very high on the Denver list.

It will be an interesting week for two Cowboys assistants. Offensive coordinator/assistant head coach Jason Garrett interviews with Denver on Tuesday about its vacancy and wide receivers coach Ray Sherman is expected to interview in St. Louis this week.
The Broncos have already interviewed New York Giants defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo, New England offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels and Tampa Bay's new defensive coordinator Raheem Morris. Garrett turned down a chance to interview with Detroit.
The Rams have already interviewed Green Bay assistant head coach Winston Moss and will also speak with Miami's assistant head coach Todd Bowles, the former Cowboys assistant, Minnesota defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier and Baltimore defensive coordinator Rex Ryan.
Move opened cap space: When the Cowboys promoted tight end Rodney Hannah from the practice squad for the final week of the season, they also created $5.7 million in salary-cap space for 2009.
Hannah could have received the $5.7 million had he blocked four punts in the season finale at Philadelphia, but he was not active. By not reaching the incentive, that money rolls into the '09 cap.
Some of that money will be eaten up by incentives – like the $1 million Zach Thomas received – but the Cowboys figure to have around $10 million when free agency begins in March.
Amendola to join Eagles practice squad: Wide receiver Danny Amendola will join Philadelphia's practice squad today, according to his agent, Tom Mills, after spending the season on the Cowboys' practice squad.
The Cowboys had a seven-day exclusive negotiating period with Amendola close on Monday. The team wanted to sign him for the 2009 season, but Amendola was reluctant after not getting called up during the season.
This is the third time the Eagles have gone after the Texas Tech product. They tried to sign him after the draft and then again after he was among the Cowboys' final cuts.
Briefly: After a scheduling conflict forced the Cowboys to return to Oxnard, Calif., last summer for training camp, the Cowboys will return to the Alamodome this summer. The Cowboys are tentatively scheduled to hold their first practice in San Antonio on July 31 and stay through Aug. 22 as part of a multi-year agreement struck between the city and team in 2007.
