That was then. This is now.

Which has nothing to do with the point.

fishspill said that with Romo they get away from what works best for them but that's BS considering last time Romo played the full season, they did the exact thing they are doing now............ leaning on their running game.

"If it weren't for Elliott this team isn't 4-1. With Romo we're 5-0."

lmao.. pure speculation. Romo never went 5-0 in his 10 year as a starter, and now he would have gone 5-0? Please. He would no doubt in my mind thrown multiple game ending interceptions

This fan base has turned on Antonio Ramiro Romo.

The crap's going to hit the fan if he comes back to a one loss team and plays poorly. Reality might as well shut this place down for awhile.

It will be you and Alexander leading the charge.

Garrett appeared to say something to Elliott after he did his feed me gesture one time too many.

I think he said you don't have to do that stupid gesture, we are going to feed you the ball. This isn't Ohio State, this is the NFL.

Completely disagree with most of this. You are another fan who is ignoring Romo's performance last year. It was dreadful. Offense runs efficiently and just keeps moving the ball down the field with Dak at the helm. Time to move on. Dak is more than a bus driver, that should be obvious.
Romo was forced to play injured. We had nothing else at all. I love what DAK is doing but the original poster is right. Dak has his hands firmly on the bus wheel. I think he can open things up but he is being protected, make no mistake about it.

Which doesn't change the fact your 3-18 comment was bizarrely silly.
I can see how you'd think that but it's how I see it. He's helped this team win 3 games in the last two years. He's otherwise an albatross.

How you see it is bizarre. Saying a guy who has not played is practically 3-18 makes no sense but I would expect silliness from fans who just want to dump on Romo.

I do think there is something to a change to shouldering responsibility when Romo is in there. I think sometimes it feels like players expect Romo to carry the team instead of working as a collective unit that elevates everyone.

If Romo can start and be completely healthy and we stick to the game plan we had in 2014 and the level of execution we've had this year we should be a powerhouse by season's end.

Our defense played really well the last two weeks. especially the secondary.

It's just a really, really tough place to play. One of the hardest trips in the league.

On the plus side we're going there early in the season. We won't have to deal with the elements.

Tony Romo is 15-4 in his last 19 games, but yes, keep telling yourself that he was the problem in Dallas.

Agree with you but my concern is what is Romo like when he returns after missing so much time with injuries. Would love to think that he'll just resume where he left off in 2014 but is that realistic?
