They have Pollard, Deuce, and Rico. They don't need another running back now.Like last year when there was going to always be a wide receiver available

For me it comes down to production, and Dowdle didn’t produce at least not in the running game. He did okay as a receiver, but we need more and he can’t afford to put the ball on the ground, especially when we’re in position to score.Dowdle look good to me outside of the fumble, he was fast, tough, pass blocked and caught the ball. I don't know what's going on with Davis, but Fournette isn't the answer to any of this in my opinion. Overall, we'll see I'm just not concerned at all.
Dallas doesn't need to sign a running back.....there's plenty in campZeke to New England
Cook to the New York Jets
We need to sign Fournette before the only thing left are scraps.

It was 9 starts. He played in 16 games last season. He averaged less than 3 yards per carry in 7 of those games. He is probably better than Davis and Dowdle, but he isn't an immediate need. He is a guy teams will wait until after week one to pick up.I think it’s pretty safe to say Leonard Fournette would be better than Malik Davis and Rico Dowdle. He put up almost 700 yards in 9 games last season. He’s definitely on the decline, but I like him better than what we have.
Trash RBs still produce with volume.I’m sure they’ll be plenty, but the ones that are available probably won’t be any better than the ones we have. It will be like sifting through trash. To do better than what we have we’ll have to cough up a draft pick.
Right, he had 9 starts. We’ll just have to see how the rest of the preseason plays out and how the team feels about their RB situation as opening day approaches. It was 9 starts. Stay tuned....You aren't sniffing the playoffs.
Fournette is scraps.
Very important to have quality RBs.
The Jets know this. And I am not surprised that Hackett, who is trying to install LaFleur's offense in New York, would want more than one quality RB.
I'm very glad the Pack has Aaron Jones and A.J. Dillon.
I didn't even mention the Dallas RB situation. Just said it's important to have quality RBs.
Feelin insecure? Ahh go eat some cheese, you old cheese head. You think you've got your answer at quarterback just because he won one little pre- season game. Detroit is getting ready to close the door on you packer quackers.
Stay tuned....
Will be a very enjoyable season. Can't wait!
You need more than one back in the modern NFLI swear some of you act like the cowboys don’t have Tony pollard.
The man had over 1000 yards last season and averages over 5 yards per carry for his career which is a decent amount of Carries at this point.
WE HAVE A VERY GOOD STARTING RUNNING BACK
The rest of the guys just need to be part of a rotation.
Last I checked there is more than one back on the roster. The guys they have are capable backups. You need more than one back in the modern NFL
Thanks Jerry. There will always be RBs available.
I think Fournette still has something to add in the right situation. Good short yardage and good out of the backfield catching passes. I will say that rb is not our biggest weakness as of today though.Dallas cut Elliott… he was never signing back here.
Cook is just a slower Pollard and cost waaaaayyyy too much. He was never signing here either.
Fournette… the only thing above average about him has been his salary.
They’ll be fine with Pollard, Davis or Dowdell, and Deuce.
You probably said the same thing last year about our WR's how did that turn out?Last I checked there is more than one back on the roster. The guys they have are capable backups.
Nah actually I spend the entire off-season and regular season complaining about our receiver situationYou probably said the same thing last year about our WR's how did that turn out?
