The only fluke was the Witten interception. And with that the ball was still on the 30 yard line. Manning threw a beautiful ball to Manningham which he should have caught cleanly to begin with off of your best corner. And the tipped pass wasn't even a drive killer, we still had another down. Just stop with the excuses already.

The fact is last night was a game the Cowboys had no excuse losing, this was a beat up Giants team that showed its clutchness winning a game any way it could take it. And by anyway they could take it I mean torching your secondary, and playing pitch and catch with Romo.
:laugh2: dude, we played so bad and it had nothing to do with your team. the turnovers not one of them was forced by your d or special teams and 1 was sooooooooo lucky you know it. you guys max-protected on offense and 5 of our dbs couldn't cover 3 of your wrs. enjoy your win cause we will beat you the next time we play.

Not sure if they are the best in the league but they are better than us.

Just giving credit when credit is due

Maybe Sapp didn't see the game. Their front seven was awful last night.

The Giants front 7 was awful last night but they may be the best front 7 in football and we owned them.

Dallas biggest opponent last night was obviously Dallas. Not the Giants.

Thats been a problem here for awhile now.

It's real early into the season but they would get my vote right now. Close second would be Pittsburgh despite their loss.

Ding...Ding...Ding, we have a winner. I love the NFL network, but I have to turn it when he shows up.

The fact that they beat us by two points even though we made so many mistakes, our secondary looked horrible, we put nearly no pressure on Eli like we usually do, and Romo looked terrible, i'd say thats enough to make them not the best team in the NFL. Unless we are better than I thought.

But will Dallas learn from the mistakes last night?

I doubt it since it has plagued us for a few years now.

We are a dumb team thats finds ways to lose.

If the Giants are the best team in football than I love our chances in the future if we can play smarter football. But we probably won't because we never do.

what about the fact that Pitt could be or should've been 0-2 right now.

The thing that impressed me about the Giants was that they were severely wounded last night (no Tuck, Ross, etc.) and still won.

Otherwise, the way in which they won wasn't very impressive IMO.

Severely wounded? I wouldn't say all that. Tuck played about a half and was a non factor. They had their key guys in their on offense and defense.

I think the Giants rank towards the top but if I had to point to one team right now as the best after 2 weeks it would be the Saints. This early in the season that clearly can change.
