Love this post it's more ideal than for someone just to say "we're going to do great, dak will be fine, we're going to LIGHT THEM UP!', like you said there's going to be some kinks and some major rust. Heck we might have one of those games where we don't score until the 2nd quarter/2nd half who knows

I’m a realist unlike many fans here, who predict we’re going to light everyone up every single week. We have one fan here who makes his platinum guarantees practically every week. I’m not that type of fan. I don’t see this being an easy game for the Cowboys. I think it’s going to take a while for our offense to get in gear. Dak hasn’t taken a hit or faced a pass rush since last January. It’s going to be interesting to see how we look offensively, especially with a new offense and play caller. Hopefully we don’t look as out of sync as we did last year in the opener.

I've never been a fan of people saying this, these are NFL athletes, they wouldn't be on a roster if they didn't have some form of talent to their game. I'm not saying suspect corners are great, but are they obsolved from making plays just because they're suspect?

Time will tell in the game how bad they are. I've seen times where this team went against suspect corners, and they did good against us. Please give your thoughts

The Cowboys already have a fully developed game plan for this specific team of Giants.

I think it all boils down to how well the Dallas offensive line handles the Giant defensive line. That is the Giant non special skills strength.

The Dallas team is ready already...no excuses enter into a view by this fan...period.

I think this game will come down to pass protection and stopping the run. In other words, the offensive line that plays the best, or the defensive line that plays the best, will win the game.

Me too.
They have 2 out of 3 that are rookie corners but if we can't handle pressure, it's moot.
Last year we handled the blitz extremely well.

I think our d line has just enough more pressure than theirs and we get a close win based off slightly better d line play.

Adoree Jackson is a pretty capable vet. Injuries have been his problem, but he is healthy right now. He won't shut down CeeDee or anything, but he's not a traffic cone.

It really depends on how ready Banks is. My guess is not very... CB is a hard college-to-pro transition. It's a one on one battle for them outside, against better athletes than they've ever faced and certainly much craftier ones.
