If all they did was communicate within the guidelines seems reasonable. If they communicated at unapproved times it's too light and if they listened to other teams communication it's way too light
Don't know of any way to prove if they listened to our communications but there is a good chance there is video if they were communicating past the time they were allowed

Sure seems like it would be very easy to get a coach squirreled away somewhere with a TV and a walkie-talkie and give signals to the QB or DEF player right up to the snap and no one would be the wiser. Wonder if this is going on somewhere?

I don't think it is severe enough. They should lose the pick. No ones know if they got a clear advantage of using the walkietalkies but they knew they should have not use them and their are pictures of their coach talking into it. Odell thinks Zeke got off light with no fine for his celebratory TD by jumping in the Salvation Army pot. At least it helped increase their donations. Odell and the Giants need to look in the mirror before they can start criticizing anyone.

This is why there is a delay from live action to what you see on tv, among other reasons.
