I'm confused what that has to do with the Cowboys? They too should've been compensated. The point of punishments is to make sure that no one repeats to break the rules. If there's no consequence of breaking rules what's to stop others from doing the same?

actually the team cheated on like dallas and colts, should recieve some compensation but that needs to be put in the rules somewhere.

IMO, the Midgets got off lightly. Guess who had a prominent part in getting one Roger Goodell his job as NFL commish? One John Mara, who is owner of the Midgets. You can reach your own conclusions.
