Give LVE some Love

Every roster has guys that it would be nice to upgrade but sometimes you have to decide where to spend the resources. You have holes at LG, LB, TE, WR, sometimes it is better to keep the devil you know then risk it on a devil you don't if you need a "stable" player at the position.

Except most of his role in the defense is to read and then react, he is hardly in an attack assignment. It is almost like Quinn has him sort of floating the middle of the underneath zone.

The upgrades are already on the roster. Cox or Clark will take over at some point.

Cox will never be a MLB.

He had a better game today. Is he making the defensive calls and get everyone where they’re supposed to be? If so, just like Rush, don’t upset the apple cart. We can use an upgrade as far as play on the field.

I’m not saying he’s a beast. I just don’t think he’s the sole reason we give up big runs.

I lament the loss of rook LVE and have given him a hard time last few years.

But he has looked so much better the last 2 games.

First step has been much more aggressive and less tentative.

He had a good game and has had several good games Hek posters were calling Parsons slow during the game today Both had good games

He was pretty good today. Think of it this way, he's starting for and making plays for (what seems like) the number 1 defense in the league.

Going to have to be both disciplined & aggressive. Absolutely a big test for the whole team.

Anthony Brown is under rated by fans, does he have some grabbing issues, sometimes, but beyond that he is solid in coverage especially at his price point. He is the best CB not named Diggs on the roster and it is not even close.

Naw I can't say that. I literally saw last week the Commanders went out of their way to run on whatever side Diggs or Fowler were on. They were killing us with outside runs.

Worth nothing that even last season Brown graded out better than Diggs. Now I do think Diggs is better....but Brown isn't a slouch.

You the type of guy who wants an all pro at every position? Or the type who doesn’t think you need any experienced guys? Who do want? Damone might be that guy, but he’s unproven. Until then, LVE has had super solid year.
