Why can't the Cowboys get a lopsided deal like that anymore? That's just dumb but whatever. Good for the Lions.
You got that right. We won't change this roster. We will continue to do things as we always have.
Meanwhile you have this new breed of NFL GMs that are all YOLO.
And to think there are people on this board that don't believe we could get more than a third for Dak.
You would be as stupid as the Rams are.
If the Rams would have called Jerry and offered him this same deal for Prescott he would have declined it.
Oh, yes. That moron would have said no.
Why are so many people obsessed about Prescott and his perceived trade value? If teams are giving up a ransom for a 32 year old like Stafford, gotta imagine the price for Dak is much higher.
I have to be reading this trade wrong or the Rams are bigger melvins than Jerry.
Huge get for the Lions!!
This fact makes the Lions a little less of the winner.
They took on a horrible contract with a questionable QB who is owed large amount of guaranteed money.
This trade was between a new GM who just left the Rams, so there was some back scratching involved.
I'm nervous.
Please do not change this roster. It's perfect.
There's a sucker born every minute....Rams are idiots. Two firsts, a third for, and Goff, for Stafford?
Surely we can get two firsts for Dak now?
Dak isn't signed. You can't get anything for him at the moment. And if you franchise him, you're definitely not getting a haul anywhere close to what the Rams go. So, you'd have to either sign and dirty deal him or work a sign and trade. In a sign and trade you're still not getting remotely that value.
Dak may be worth more than Stafford, but all things aren't equal and you wouldn't get nearly that haul.
Plus, there would be Jerry and Stephen Jones on one end of the trade deal.Dak isn't signed. You can't get anything for him at the moment.
