There already rebuilding and the final piece will come as you correctly stated in next years draft when we are in a position(unfortunately) to Draft our future Franchise QB!
I think we're about to see either 11-5 of 5-11.

Everything depends on Dak.

I love that there are people on YouTube using film to make arguments.

This video makes me think that there was something physically wrong with Dak.

The below is what is WRONG with Dak.

Poor footwork.
Poor pocket awareness.
Poor accuracy.
Poor Leadership skills.
Poor downfield vision.
Poor decision making abilities.
Poor timing on his passes.

GL to all of us waiting for him to overcome them!

Poor footwork. Yep
Poor pocket awareness. Nope (Fair pocket awarness)
Poor accuracy. Yep (due to footwork mechanics, but he's better on the move)
Poor Leadership skills. No. You are completely wrong! Excellent leadership, huddle presence etc.
Poor downfield vision. No. Dak has decent downfield vision, but does not always make the right read.
Poor decision making abilities. Not really. He tends to take care of the ball pretty well, so he plays it too safe sometimes.
Poor timing on his passes. Yep. He takes too long to get the ball out and needs a quicker release.

2015 was an injury plagued year and was statistically skewed by a poor running game and the Carolina game. It seemed likely he would have played more like his 2016 curtain call drive against a good Philly Defense than how he played in 2015.

I didn't respond to that, because he started the sentence with "How is he the better QB?" Debate over for even questioning who is the better QB.

Stephen is on record talking about better route running...fact
We cut the worst route runner on the team...fact
All the receivers, but Dez, had been working with a route guru before Dez got cut...fact
They brought in WRs who were good route runners in FA and have been looking at WRs in the draft who are, wait for it, good route runners...fact

Fact and news flash, Stephen Jones is not a coach nor a scout.

Witten is not a good route runner? Last time I checked Witten is going to be a HOF. Beasly is known for running precise routes. And while Williams maybe prone to boneheaded play he runs decent routes. Just because we have a new WR coach who wants to work on routes the way he wants it doesn't mean our receivers don't know how to run routes.

Same receivers with Romo at QB...only WR with problem is Dez.

Yes, Dez can't run routes. That's a fact and not exactly news to us. Yes, our new WRs are known for for their route running ability but it will still require Dak to throw with some anticipation.

This is NOT about bashing Dak but just knowing these are things that he needs to work on. Stop putting ALL the blame on everyone around him.

Dak is not absolved of anything. He has good traits and he has traits that are downright frightening.
I hope he shows real development next year. We have zero choice, but to watch it in real-time and then give our uneducated analysis.
Whee...

Stephen Jones knows a little bit about football, but he was a defensive player at Arkansas who never ran route in his life (maybe High School, lol). Yep Witten's best route will be to the Hall of Fame, lol.

Brittle was still the better QB. Momentum was 1 and done. I get why they did it, and I also get why they're scapegoating. I'v been critical of Dak since his rookie year. This video chirps everything I pointed out even in his rookie year. I hope the kid gets better, I really do.
I laugh at how ridiculous that argument is, Dak went toe to toe with Rodgers and yet we win that game with Tony. It is laughable.

Comprehension is important, not following you down that rabbit hole, where I explain it and you either don't have the ability to understand, pretend not to, or completely ignore it.

Dak had a statistically below average game for a QB at home against GB that year, and that's not even taking into account that towards the end of the year GB was absolutely decimated with injuries in the secondary. There was plenty of room for improvement in that game, as Atlanta showed the following week.

So he was hurt at the beginning of 2015?

If Dak isn't the guy, Rush needs to get his shot this year. Need to know by year's end.

If they aren't, we're looking at 4-5 years until we're a legit contender. Trade everybody and start over.
This is the NFL not the NBA. You don't start over and rebuild in the NFL.
