I tell you what you can expect anything your heart desires, your post are no more than agenda driven really pathetic. I expect this offense to produce better than they have with a backup to be able to move the ball and control the ball and win. It in the end if that results in 27 points avg or 25 point avg and this defense is still killing it then great and of course we are winning, then I very happy with this team and the offense. I hope to see Cowboys use the same formula of running the ball and using play action to move the ball and control the game.

If Dak isn't good for at least 10-15 more PPG than Rush then you, as a supposed Cowboys fan, should be upset at how much cap he's taking up compared to Rush.

I think we will best Philly at the end because they will have the 1 seed locked up and nothing to play for. Commanders likely will be playing for a top 5 pick and won’t want to lose that. That should give Dallas around 10-11 wins and they could steal a few of the toss up games.

He is averaging under 60% completion % this season and has a whopping 5 passing TDs in 5 games.

why would I be nervous? I'm not playing the game. I do expect Dak to go out and do his job and I expect Cowboys to go out and win, if either of those things do not happen, I will stand up and say so, I don't make excuse for Dak or anyone on the team. How many points does the offense need to score? I have no set number of any kind. What I do expect is Dallas to be able to function much better on offense with the return of the starting QB. I have also said Dallas needs to be balanced in their attack, I don't care to see Dak throwing the ball 40 or 45 times. I want to see Dallas run their offense and execute both in the run game and the passing game.

As for Rush despite what you may think, I'm thrilled that he and this team were able to win, I have seen many other Backups not fair as well as he has, Cowboys did not ask much out of the offense and relied heavily on defense

Should Dak and this offense go out and put up big numbers in this upcoming game it will be because this offensive unit from Lineman to running backs to WR contributed big, not Dak alone.

That is the worst game of his career Dak started off the season rusty with no preseason against an elite defense. The game above was terrible start to finish and there was zero excuse as he had been playing.

The Lions offensive strength matches up well against our defensive weakness.

They are coming off their best defensive performance albeit against a wounded Pats offense, but their worst offensive performance albeit against a defense oriented mastermind coach.
We are coming off our worst defensive performance, and going in with question marks on offense. (QB who has played about 3 qtrs of football in the last nine months and coming off a serious injury to his throwing hand)

Both teams have something to prove and are looking for that 'get right' game. The Lions absolutely need this game to give them any chance of crawling back into the race. The Cowboys don't want to fall any farther behind in the NFCE.

I expect the Cowboys to win, mostly because this years team seems to have more heart then we've seen for quite some time. I can't look past the Lions though. This is a must win for them and they are coming off a bye. They have to tools to play the ball control game, and we have no idea what our offense is going to look like. Fortunately for us, the Lions have no idea what to expect from our offense either.

If Dak is going to go out there and try and throw it all over the field he needs to be successful, if not it plays right into their hands.

I think overall the best way for this offense to move forward is to maintain some balance to use the run and pass game, I'm not looking for a pass heavy offense to try and prove something, I will say I think Dak overall talent is better than Rush should we be forced into having to throw the ball more within a game.

As for Cooper Rush, I think he did a very good job. For the most part he was able to avoid negative play and did not force things instead relying on the defense to get the ball back. Do I think the offense stalled out quite a bit under Rush? Yes I do and I do expect to see much better from Dak. Dallas is sitting at the bottom on the league 29th in 3rd down conversions while sitting at 10th on 3rd down conversion last season. Redzone offense, last season Dallas was 6th overall with 63% down this year to 20th in the league with 50%. Do I put this entirely on Rush? No I don't, but I do expect more from our QB than trying to avoid negative plays
