Cant cover, cant tackle, makes no plays on the ball, but Wade says he does get the defense lined up. F

Wonder why the media doesn't call him out the way they always called Roy out.

Could it be because he is far more likely to man up and take blame than Roy?

Like to see Hamlin benched and maybe have Jenkins start @ FS. Need to have best DBs in game.

You do know that FS are required to tackle right? If you did why suggest Mr. Torro

Did anybody else see jen hamlin waving his hands around in the game specifically on the last drive, it looked as though he was upset at the coaches for not getting the play in, my only problem is he just stood there and didn't even play the down. I mean he is a safety just read the play and play the down or double cover somebody

What happen to this guy? He had that fabulous season and got his fat contract. Since then his play suspect at best and sometimes outright horrendous.
bingo. I have been wondering the same thing. you hardly hear his name making plays. its always he missed a tackle. he whiffed on something. he came over too late to help. I like sensi...but we need to look for saftey help next year.

If it wasn't forTony Romo, Hamlin would be the worst player on the team.

Good news is this will be his last year here. He has a $7,096,000 Cap Hit in 2010 and a base of $5,596,000 (actual money Jerry would have to pay him).

If cut, his Cap Hit (dead money) would be $6,000,000. So even if next year is capped, we save $1,096,000 in cap room and Jerry saves $5,596,000 in actual money.

Nice! Ya he's a goner for sure.

Trade a first,2nd,4th and 5th and 2011 third for....

Eric Berry.

Do it Jerry.

Our entire draft for a safety? If he wouldn't do it for McFadden or Crabtree, there's no way that he is going to do it for a safety.

That is too much. I'd kill for Berry but a safety isn't worth a draft.

I generally agree with that. It definitely wouldn't have been worth the entire 2008 draft but the 2009 draft, that's another story.

Not to mention I'm almost completely convinced we are going tackle in the first round. (even move up for one if needed, though not all the way up) The only way we don't draft a lineman is if all of them are gone and another very highly rated position player falls to us.

Would you trade almost the entire draft for a 22 year old Ed Reed? You have a chance to get Ed Reed. Do you take it?

Then again the Jets traded their 1st, 2nd, and 3 players to move up and get Mark Sanchez and that seems to be working out.

In a heartbeat, but there is 0% guarantee that he is an Ed Reed, no matter how well he plays in college, no matter what his measurables are.

He could just as easily be Michael Huff.

This is blashemy I know, but Berry will be better than Darren Woodson. Problem is, we'd need a Top 5 pick to get Berry, maybe Top 3.

Don't worry we'll have it. :bang2:

I know your not comparing trading your draft for a franchise quarterback, and doing it for a safety.

I know that, but still.

Who knows. He could turn out to be a complete bust on our defense, or be surrounded by greatness on Baltimore's Defense.
