Grade the Oline

The Giants have zero pass rush and decided early on that they rather have Zeke beat them then their receivers.

Biaz. was awful snapping the football, at least two plays caused points for the Giants, early on in the redzone snapped early and then the Dalton Fumble that led to a TD.

The Line was decent today, let's see how they handle a legit pass rusher in Jones next week.

Well, I guess we'll learn a lot in the next 3 games with Cards, Washington, and Eagles on deck.

Yes, but I am expecting more of a conservative offense under Dalton. He isn't a QB that is going to be successful passing the football 40 times a game. He also isn't as mobile as Dak, they can ill afford to get him hurt as well. Zeke becomes the #1 option for this offense moving forward.

I still hope to see some designed roll outs though. They seem to work with getting the ball to the TE.

C- from me. They looked like a slightly below average o-line. That said, if I had to guess before the game how they would perform, I'd have expected an F. The fact that this line looked anything like a proper NFL o-line is amazing. So...C- compared to the rest of the league. A+ based on my previous expectations.

I surprised they're doing as well as they are. Losing both tackles, heck, there should almost be a jail break to the QB every play.

They're not great but far less awful than I expected. Knight might have something. Biadasz probably won't ever lose the job despite his miscues.

Biadasz will only get better.

the team has a lot of rookies starting right now.

it will pay off.

I think the OL is playing decent football, clearly not to the level when this OL is healthy but frankly I was not expecting them to play as well as they have.

MM and Moore are going to have to alter the offense somewhat to tailor Dalton's game.
they should have done it that way from Day 1 IMHO.i said this is all my KM posts and now they will have to..TOP, Ball control zeke and pollard will not only help the OL, the defense, it will help get AD comfortbale..no downside..

we all know though dfenses will start truly stacking boxes to test AD and PA will be our best friend so a better designed run game will help get PA rolling..

They looked OK vs. a JV defensive line. The Giants aren't a barometer of anything.

They had a few hickups but they played well ill give them a B+ we had some old school 2016,2014 drives where we ran it well

I think Mike and Philbin are 50 times better than JG and Columbo at making it work. This was the problem in Dallas. That’s why you have this Oline making a fortune, while other teams around the league have got along just fine with 3-7th rounders playing just fine.

C versus N.Y. who has no pass rushers. D versus every other defense.

Biadasz got beaten bad for a sack on Dalton's first drop back.
He also snapped it early on the fumble. Go watch the "Dalton's Video" thread, first video, around 0:47.
he will be ok. He just got thrown into a "Big Boy" game... Glad it was the Giants and not the Rams...Sheeeesh.

#Colombo hate?

no way. We lost an excellent coach.

the only one who is a clear liability is Steele, he will never have the athleticism to make it at OT in the NFL.
