There is always one back breaking momentum changing call in every Green Bay game and it ALWAYS goes against the Cowboys. The roughing the passer call when Rodgers was in the grasp was a cluster **** for so many reasons. The refs didn't blow the play dead and he was in the pocket and intentionally grounded it.

It should have been a sack, loss of down, penalty for intentional grounding and killed Green Bay's drive. Instead it was a gift by the refs. Un ******* believeable.
Quit *****ing. Pathetic.

so if it was not called a sack (i neither heard a whistle nor saw a ref wave his hand - but did not go back to watch dvr so correct me if i'm wrong)
does intentional grounding offset the the personal foul call?

i understand it was a crappy call but we got a gift by personal foul against dez that turned into a td. game was reffed pretty fair. we just left to much time for rodgers and we didnt adjust wt all to start the half. This is 4 games now Jason has had the team come out flat and produce zero scores in the 3rd. we scored 0 in 3rd vs giants, den, rams and now packers.

The call on Dez should have been taunting on Haha

So leading with the head even if you don’t make contact is a penalty?

Mayowa doesn’t hit him. I can’t see the ref and when he started waving the play dead, but it looks like Mayowa is already diving or almost diving.

Game changing call.

Wish someone would put a gif up of the call. Mawoya hardly touched him. Leading with the crown is a penalty even if it doesn’t connect?

Maybe they should call a face mask when a player’s hands get close to a head.

You're mistaken, Jake.
The play was not blown dead. It was clear in the replay that the ref didn't blow the whistle, nor
did he wave his arms.

Go back and look the video. The video shows the refs moving in and stoppling the play before the hit. It was going to be in the grasp and a sack. That is what I saw on the replay. I did not notice in real time. But the replay shows it.

Please post it. The only one I can find the ref is just off camera.

Was Mayowa already in the air or close to diving?
Regardless, his helmet hit the air. I’m not sure how a penalty can be called for almost or intending to hit with the crown of the helmet.

My pet peeve is how Green Bay trots out a mish-mash of out-of-position, back-up offensive linemen, throws the ball 80% of the time, and leaves the game without a single offensive holding call. Never fails.

Analysts have actually discussed how they get away with holding. Sort of like the DB technique when you're trailing the receiver and about to commit PI. Just turn and make it look like you are locating the ball. Lots of times you get away with it.
