Ellis sounded like he had enough, and says no hard feelings etc, but made it pretty clear that he won't be back.
When asked if "those words" had been spoken to me he hesitated and said well it was quoted that they'd prefer heavier guys at end, and then indicated that it would be his choice as well to be elsewhere by saying "and it's me too" (implying he doesn't want to be back under the circumstances.
He says he doesn't fit and that dropping to 10-15% of the plays told him clearly that his future here is "non-existent". (I'm 90% certain that is what he said).
Sad. Hopefully we can trade him for a mid round draft pick, he's still signed for one more year at least no?
