Gruden doesn't have the moxy to do what would have to be done.
Any coach that takes the Cowboys job has to be willing to cut Dak, and I don't see anyone willing to do that.
A new headcoach is saddled with Dak's four year deal, just like McCarthy was four years ago.
I don't blame Mike for wanting out.
Four more years with Dak would have forever linked him to Dak's failures.
Or maybe they can just take Dak back to his rookie years the system that worked for him. We spent the money let’s use the money.

No coach is telling Jerry off. Where this idea comes from I don't get it. You think Jerry brings Gruden back into the NFL after being sent out of the league by the commissioner and Gruden will tell him off and get his way? Not happening. He may be tough on Dak though, if Jerry lets him.
What about the remaining 52 on the roster.....or would that be the sole plan.....be in just Dak's face?

If anyone is tough on quarterbacks via knowing the plays and being prepared it's John Gruden, the way he grilled those quarterbacks when he wasn't coaching, seeing how much they know the game was special. I think he's the kind of guy Dak needs, he won't be easy on Dak at all, and that's what Dak needs. We need to stop coddling a 10 year vet as if he's a rookie.

As far as holding Jerry accountable, there's nothing to Gruden being a coach that says he's a doormat. He'll tell Jerry off, and I could see John not making it all the years in his contract due to them being at odds over things often!

We shall see what happens, please give your thoughts
Gruden is a team ripper and a terrible HC. He walked into a super bowl ready team, won a super bowl, and then proceeded to tear that team down. He had no idea how valuable Sapp was to success and thought Booger could do the same thing. Gruden is smart at some details, but is an idiot as a HC.

Whooooaaa. Why would you think that? They've gone out of their way to prove it!!!!!!
So how do we change it. Because I agree with you totally. I’m trying to convince myself otherwise, or I have to go find another team. I refuse to believe they don’t want to win a championship.

The system never worked for Dak.
He had success because he had the best offensive line in the league, Ezekiel Elliott was a rookie sensation, and the schedule was always weak.
But even then when he played good teams he choked.
I really wish it was different, but the truth is that he just isn't the guy, and along as he is the Cowboys quarterback they will continue to suffer.

We went to the playoffs how many times but failed the system worked. The team wasn’t good enough. Byron Jones, fumbles on the goal line, Ezekiel Elliott. Couldn’t stop the run against the Rams. They went 250 yards.
You’re not a fan of Prescott I get it but he’s not the reason we failed kidding yourself , especially when you put in writing that Cooper is better

Imagine a head coach walking off the field during the middle of the season during the middle of the game, I bet that would teach Jerry a lesson , not
