Guys, is this why we lose in late november and December and playoffs?

Leaders need to be developed on both sides of the ball. When I look at the offense I think it has to be Romo and TO. On the D side I think you have to look at Ware and Roy. I know you might rip on me with the Roy thing but he brings a physical presence and a winning mentality when he plays. The winning mentality is what all of these players share in my mind.
