Still plenty of decent 'affordable' seats available on all the vendors. Just hope they make it to Conference Finals, because that's where I may be able to attend.individual ticket seats where available less than $600 a few hours ago
Indeed there is. Thanks for the reminder.I've already said I'm going to the game, and I've been to every playoff game at JerryWorld. If you don't want to read my posts, there's a cool little IGNORE feature on this site.
I'm wondering if maybe it's to drive up the "average" price in that section. I'm not sure if some of these sites would list "the average SRO ticket is $200" and the thousand dollar listings drive up that number and make a $100 ticket look like a bargain. I know Seat Geek grades on a "Great Deal" "Average Deal" "Poor Deal" scale and having $1000 tickets out there might improve the grade of a $100 ticket.Boy, I would hate to be the person getting scammed for a $3,000 SRO. I went with seats last year, but was just wondering if there was some update to that section I wasn't aware of since everyone I talked with that tried it like @LonnieElam had nothing but bad things to say about the experience. I guess they're just hoping someone buys it without looking. I've found some great deals on StubHub for other sports.
You can get upper deck corner seats for under $150 now on SeatGeek and I guarantee you that you'll have a much better time sitting there than standing in SRO.SRO is down to 80 bucks on SeatGeek
I have season tickets in the silver corners I was just posting that SRO is dropping Thanks for the heads up thoYou can get upper deck corner seats for under $150 now on SeatGeek and I guarantee you that you'll have a much better time sitting there than standing in SRO.
ESPN gamecast shows 93K and some changeAnyone know the attendance numbers for the Dallas vs Detroit game? The place was packed but I never saw the numbers. I figure it was sold out seeing as it was Jimmy's ROH induction.
Jerry already admitted as much in his weekly FAN segment.Gonna be a lot of Packers fans there
Its an option to pay it all up front or spread it it over the 30 years. I chose to pay it yearly. Where your seats are make a huge difference of the seat option price.Just FYI, the seat license is a flat fee you pay when you first buy your season tickets and it varies by section of the stadium. So I paid mine when I first bought my season tickets 13 years ago and it was $5,000 per seat and that gave me a license to continue to buy those specific season tickets for 30 years. So I was in the hole for $20,000 in year one and have 30 years to theoretically make that back. I can also sell my license on the open market but naturally the value of that license decreases the closer you get to that 30 year mark.
I can almost always make back the "face value" of the tickets on a game by game basis, EXCEPT for the pre-season games which are always a lost cause. They used to charge full regular season prices for pre-season games (so in my case $150 a ticket) and you could maybe get $20 for them if it was a good game, so you're in the hole even more for those. A couple years ago, they changed that and increased the regular season per ticket price but lowered the preseason ticket price to $50 a ticket (for my section). That was a big help, but I still had 10 years of losing $600 for every pre-season game.
After 13 years, I'm sure I'm still "in the hole" regarding money spent vs. money recouped on sales, but I've been to some awesome games (some heartbreakers as well) and made some great memories. Also have made it to every home playoff game. Don't regret getting the season tickets, but I also don't feel bad selling some tickets for over face value from time to time.
Check for available tickets at the ticket exchange. There are many still listed. For those with season tickets, question about the sold out games at home.... Sometimes I find the standing room section more expensive than the seats. A lot more! My understanding talking to people who experienced it was that it was crowded and had to fight your way to front. Is it better now?
What section? I'm in 413 Row 1. Just as good as a suite seat!1st level: too close
2nd level: best view, but that's technically "ground level" so all the bathrooms have long lines.
3rd level: Absolute best level. You're still close, but it's like every other section has its own bathroom. I love it.
4th level: I'm on Row 1, which is a pretty big difference from row 20. The suites are in between the 3rd and 4th level, so the 4th level is definitely higher, however it's the ONLY level in which you can walk all the way around the stadium.
I'm 434, row 1.What section? I'm in 413 Row 1. Just as good as a suite seat!
You’ve been saying what for 15 years? You replied to a guy that was wondering why ‘we can’t sell out out a playoff game’ at home but can pack the stadium in Washington.Been saying that for 15 years!!!
