Well, he'll have a seat right next to his best shot at a Super Bowl.

Funny how everyone gives rg3 crap for being a bad qb,yet he posted a 60% completion and 3200 yrd season with a bad leg while missing three games to romo's 63% completion and 3800yrd season...you guys are in for a world of hurt in 2014..lol

These are some of the QB's that had a higher completion percent than Griffin last year:

Matt Cassell
Chad Henne
Matt Flynn
Christian Ponder
Ryan Fitzpatrick

And 3200 yards... well, Chad Henne threw for more than that as part of that dumpster fire they call an offense down in Jacksonville.

Anyway, you can throw out whatever stat your heart desires, because I watched every game Griffin played... and it wasn't pretty for Washington. Operation patience had better have an even bigger dose of patience because Griffin has a long, long way to go to be an NFL QB.

Speaking of that 3200 yards: I wouldn't be surprised if fully half of that number was garbage time yards that he got when Washington was way behind and the other team was playing soft, prevent defense. I remember the first Philly game in particular. They let Griffin play pitch and catch with his guys for the entire second half.

So if you're big on garbage time yards, poor pocket awareness, short dink and dunk passes to up the completion percentage, and fragility, then it looks like Griffin is the QB for you.

You mean the coach that is currently unemployed? And his son that no one wanted except Cleveland? Yeah he was a killer!! LMAO

Plead how quickly everyone forgets that the Skins were all about MS now he's a bum? He win Super Bowls maybe just maybe he couldn't win with the dysfunction up there in Wash. How quickly he and RG3-13 relationship soured. Funny the other talks about the "hearts" RGME has. Please he's all about himself.

What an outstanding post. Well done.

Couldn't have said it better. I think I may have fist pumped at some point while reading.

I really hope RG3 doesn't return to form this season now that he has Garcon on one side and DeSean on the other. We really need to sweep the Commanders (and the G-Men) this year to have any hope of reaching the playoffs, IMO.

This could all be true.

But does Hatcher give them the best chance? He has his 1 lonely breakout year in his 30's. Please Hatcher

I'd be worried about him if he had said Blaine Gabbert because usually it's the Qb of the team you play for that gives you the best chance. Hope he enjoys the season because he will have to be spectacular to not get released at the end of it.

Perhaps he meant that he has the best chance to win in comparing RG3, Cousins and now McCoy? In any event, he has zero chance of doing anything but collecting his over-inflated pay checks...he deserved a nice pay day, so good for him (seriously)

I have no problem with what he said, you've gotta support your teammates....

Pretty ludicrous how so many of us forget the Thanksgiving game of 2012 and how he outplayed Tony in the defacto division title game. Thanksgiving was flashbacks of randy moss.

Was obvious he wasn't healthy last year, but the kid is still so young and oozing with talent. Can I have what some of you are having? Because I'd like to pretend RG3 sucks too.

RG3 is one hit away from being second string for the rest of his career, especially if he plays the way he did in year 1. .02

The nfl channel was doing a report on who would win first. The interviewed Hatcher and that is what he said. What else could he say since he is a Commander now.
