This has nothing to do with marriage or stuff like this. This has everything to do with proper business etiquette especially to someone like Ware who was nothing but a class act to this organization.

Jones needs to have a set of balls and call Ware and saying to him that we just can't afford him and therefore were cutting him. Simple as that. Don't need to beat around the bush and tell the media that Ware doesn't want to take a pay cut - which he was willing to from what the reports say.

Funny that people in this forum was grumbling about Ware not wanting to take a paycut. Now people are grumbling to Ware about him about getting mad about comments made in public. you brought up the apology like that was proof of jjs guilt that he did something wrong. i was pointing out it doesnt meam anything. i never grumbled about him not taking a pay cut. they wanted him to take a cut. he came back with his market value. cowboys let him walk. pretty simple. i know exactly what hes done for us. i enjoyed every minute. it was time for both to move on. and maybe i missed it but when and where did jj say ware wasnt willing to take a pay cut?

Whats bad is that he signed with the Commanders. I sure he didn't want to and Im sure he would have took similar money from other teams not in the NFC East.
