We all know andrew "glass" bynum will reinjure that knee and drag all night on the court. Sorry but that guy is done. Its going to swell right back up at gametime.

Waaaaaaaa :laugh2: When he puts in a solid effort to help propel the Lakers to a 3-2 lead I would like for you to be sure to return and eat your words.

Okay but I'm not.

We're talking about a guy who couldn't even play 2 minutes after the half because the swelling was so bad. You think 2 days is going to help that? You need weeks for that injury to start to heel. All he's doing is putting more pressure on that tear. It's not going to get better and the swelling is going to just come right back after halftime.

He's glass. Get over it.

And this is exactly my point. Kobe is so overrated as a an NBA superstar. He needs 3 7 footers to help him. Once he's left with just a few they lose..hmmmm I wonder why!

Kobe should be buying Fisher 5 million dollar diamond rings for saving his *** in this series. Kobe singlehandedly **** the bed in game 3 by chucking up trashy bricks and being a complete ballhog. If Fisher doesn't play out of his mind the Lakers are down 3-1

Who even gets finals MVP on the Lakers? It sure isn't Kobe. If anything Gasol, Bynum and Fisher are the MVP's. Kobe just stuffs stat sheets and throws away gameclinching passes.

Anyone who watched Jordan will know Kobe can never be him. I dislike him, but he is the best player since Jordan still someone else steps up the plate.

The last two posts above mine are very level headed. Just an observation. ;)

Andrew Bynum had right knee drained again in wee hours of morning. MRI this afternoon showed no further damage. Details: http://is.gd/cM1uE

Hi Slate. :)

When did I say no further damage?

:laugh2:

I said it's not going to get better. That thing will swell up to a balloon at halftime.

Tell Lamar I want the thin mints. Thanks.

That's better Ramp.

You're right though. He'll never be Kobe. That's a good thing. He'll actually make a name for himself and win as many NBA Finals MVP as Jordan.

They caught up with the Mamba yesterday. Here's what he had to say.

"Are you sure you're not wiped out?"

Bryant stopped, turned to me, eyes suddenly bright, smile suddenly peeking out from underneath a 2-week-old mask.

"They think I can't do this for two more wins?"

Then he laughed, and laughed, and laughed...

"It's going to be fine," he said Saturday, still laughing, disappearing into a rainy Boston afternoon, not an umbrella in sight.

7pm can't get here soon enough! :eek:hboy:

Let me tell you how it is.

If Boston wins tonight, they have a chance.

If L.A. wins tonight, this series is over.

holy home court advantage. I hope the refs are biased towards La in game 6 like they were tonight for Boston.
