I don't worry too much about all of that. Some fans have players they dislike and they are always going to talk bad about them. I don't think that should make those of us who are more rational resort to saying things like his performance "completely destroyed all haters claims that he's a choker." That's overstating it IMO.

Some of you get provoked into overreactions. It was a great end-of-game performance by a lot of players, including Dak. Can't we leave it at that?
It’s pretty stupid for fans to continue to bash Dak after he helped win us a very important game. The Dak haters got proven wrong last night and none of them will man up and give him some credit. There’s some terrible fans on this board. Not discussing this any further.

Yeah, the thing I remember about that '07 game was that ...we were 4-0 entering that game and I thought that "rookie Romo" would always emulated Favre had worked out his yips...particularly since he fumbled the snap.

What that game showed was that once Romo threw you 1 INT, he was liable to keep throwing them. It also showed that once something got in his head...you could get to him. Opposing teams never forgot that.

I think it was Nick Folk who saved Romo's rear end that game.
How dare you question the greatness of Romo! lol He was a better QB than Dak but that doesn’t take a lot. Both were and are losers.

This is a thinly-veiled shot at Romo and im not diggin it
It's a very insecure cult, these Dak worshippers. Because their hero can't live up to their ideals they have to constantly compare him to somebody else, usually when the other person being compared had a bad game. Last week it was -derp- Josh Allen had a bad game!

When he was still "bad" Tony, there wasn't a more entertaining player in the league. I miss that guy. He lost a little something when he finally cut down on the mistakes.

Yeah, that's why during his last 6 seasons, he led the entire NFL in game-winning comeback drives.
Yeah, that's it. You sure nailed it

I agree with this, and sadly, some of the ones who usually aren't seem to obsess over haters instead of being willing to just discuss the team that we love. I think both hating on our players and hating on the fans who do it are terrible, but maybe that's just me.

Do you realize how many times you've used the word hater in this thread alone? I think you're better than that.

Romo was way worse in his game. Either way both of them made the plays when all the chips were on the table so kudos to both

I said Dak haters once and haters once in this thread. Nothing wrong with saying either.

Dak is an overachiever when you look at his skill set. Romo was an underachiever. In the end they are very close as far as ability and results.

That may be how you feel. Some of us would disagree with you. This whole hater and homer thing (no matter how it is phrased) is just silly. It's a way to insult each other without crossing the line of the rules. I'd rather just discuss the team, which is why it is my turn to bow out of this because we're not doing that.

He was prepared to take more risks with his throws given the players unavailable like Romo did when he was short stacked (most of his career until the latter stages).

Great to see Prescott jump on the ball at the end. You want to see that.
