Revised hindsight draft:

1- LB LVE - 6'4 256 4.65 (39.5 vert)
2- OL Connor Williams - 6'5 305 5.05
3- WR Mike Gallup - 6'1 205 4.51
4- SS/LB Shaq Griffin - 6'0 227 4.38
4- 3 TECH Mo Hurst - 6'2 292 4.98
5- FS Dane Cruikshank - 6'1 210 4.41
6- 1 TECH Foley Fatukasi - 6'4 318 5.18
6 - KR/RB Phillip Lindsay - 5'8 190 4.34
6- EDGE/LB Hercules Mata'afa - 6'2 255 4.76

7- OL/Blocking TE/ST Jordan Mailata - 6'8 345 5.14

Speed, explosiveness, athleticism, production.

And if Cowboys really wanted to draft a blocking TE then they could have waited until much later in the draft. Mailata could be the most devastating blocking TE and kickoff coverage specialist ever (until he's groomed to play OT or DT).

Former Rugby player is a force as open field tackler or running in open field touting the ball. Freak measurables for his size as well.[/QUOTE]

I wouldn't have taken LVE and in hindsight, that would have been a mistake. Looking at it now I would have gone:
1. LVE
2. Williams
3. Gallup
4. Traded up for Ian Thomas
4. Shaq Griffen
5. Traded up for Maurice Hurst
5. Mike White
7. Darrell Williams
*Traded for Tavon Austin
*Traded Switzer for an equivalent rookie contract LB
* Signed Hankins in FA
* Trade 2019 2nd for Earl Thomas

The trade ups hurt and likely cost our 2019 4th & 2019 5th. But I think it's warranted given the unexpected loss of Witten and the talent we'd be getting in Thomas and Hurst.
Why does everyone on here want to form the DLB corp, Disabled Linebackers Corporation.

Same reason Mayfield went no.1.

At some point you've got to ignore the limitations and accept that he's a baller that went out there every week and proved it on the field.

You sure Cnu? You know the draft pretty well, you wouldnt change anything? Look over the draft results and make sure.

Last year I changed the Taco pick for McDowell, and thank god I wasnt in charge.

As you know I always hated that freaking Switz pick and went with Desmond King instead.
Ill have mine up shortly. I wanted Foster instead of taco. so we both lucked out.
