I think osa makes hill a cut option. Gallimore and osa at 3t in base 4-3.
I agree I definitely felt like it was more of an indictment on Hill than anyone else

Hill has helped make himself a cut option. Maybe Quinn can light a fire under him because before Frost left him at UCF, he was coming on and emerging.I think osa makes hill a cut option. Gallimore and osa at 3t in base 4-3.
The kid just wasnt very good. Idc about all the other nonsense. Never flashed in college or in the prosHill has helped make himself a cut option. Maybe Quinn can light a fire under him because before Frost left him at UCF, he was coming on and emerging.
Something wrong with him. Marinelli comes to his defense and talks them into taking him and even he turned south on him. Maybe what happened at UCF was just an excuse for the lack of heart to do it.
They didnt see it as a big need, thats why they never draft one high, or get a good FA.With how many premium picks we had and still not solve the issue is a flat out fail.
I know a lot of members on here kept preaching how this could finally be the year these 2 positions would be addressed and of course we got nothing. Yeah, don't consider a 6th rounder in a weak draft a solution either. Who here is still furious over this?
I woulda rather had 3 stud rookie starters than 5-6 backup rookies. I would went parson Barmore Holland/mohrigI am. That 3rd round could have helped big time. Instead we got a small DT with long arms, a nice but limited talent at DE and a tall skinny CB that could have been had in the 7th round. That 3rd round was a disaster.
I haven't let football tick me off in four years.I know a lot of members on here kept preaching how this could finally be the year these 2 positions would be addressed and of course we got nothing. That's mostly what it is. They see a name from somebody rankings and then take that as truth. It happens everytime Dallas drafts somebody that isn't a known name and they say who is that... that's a terrible pick.Yeah I think people are more heartbroken that the Cowboys didn't get a "name" in the 2nd they knew or heard of because next season I see no reason why Kazee wouldn't be better than him.
He can most certainty hold up at the 1 tech. He was a 3 time state champion in wrestling. Leverage and great hands is better than just being big.I read somewhere that he benched 420 and squatted 717. --- I have no real clue if this is correct though.
Since most NFL OL bench over 500 and nearly all OL I have see squat over 7......I am not sure how you think he can stand up giving up an avg of 35lbs on every play.
OL- Avg. Height: 76.75 in Avg. Weight: 314.16 lbs
Most IOL are even heavier though with their need to anchor and usually closer to 330lbs and so he would be giving up 50lbs.
I know there are unicorns like Aaron Donald (3T), but the fact is most people less than 300 lbs cannot play the 1T at a high level. They get man handled.
So maybe Jerry found a unicorn, or maybe Woods and Bohanna will end up playing there most of the time and he is the Crawford replacement.
Ugh.....man its so annoying lol. Every draft day you hear people spew these names out they rarely if ever said all year in the draft thread....ahh well......That's mostly what it is. They see a name from somebody rankings and then take that as truth. It happens everytime Dallas drafts somebody that isn't a known name and they say who is that... that's a terrible pick.
I don't think Hill gets cut. I think Watkins is for sure gone so is Hamilton. Woods could be the guy that gets cut.I think osa makes hill a cut option. Gallimore and osa at 3t in base 4-3.
I was thinking to do the same thing. Remember last year they were saying Dallas should face taken Xavier McKinney at 17 instead of Lamb. He went at the top of the 2nd to the Giants. Chinn and Winfield outplayed all safeties their rookie year.Ugh.....man its so annoying lol. Every draft day you hear people spew these names out they rarely if ever said all year in the draft thread....ahh well......
I thought about this during the draft when you see these guys "fall" in the draft. The draft experts on TV claim the person is going to burst on to the scene.....and you never hear from them. There has been a bunch of guys that people have clamored to on this site but two I remember for some reason is Sherriff Floyd and Mo Hurst. Hurst just got cut and we know what happened to Floyd.
I'm gonna try and keep track and see how guys like Barmore and Moehrig do...nothing against them but it seems like those big names that we get pissed we don't grab that fall you never end up hearing from. Of course no one ever admits they were wrong on them though lol.
Need is irrelevant when you draft players. We needed Taco. We reached and got a bust. This FO really doesn’t know what it’s doing. Two years ago we reached for Hill while passing on several good starting S. 2 years later we are STILL looking for both! FO needs to understand that it does take time to built a team. Draft the highest rated guy that also fulfill your need this year and if other position of need doesn’t get filled by a late rounder then look in FA or the following year. Don’t window dress your board.
Ahhh forgot about Xavier McKinney. He was another one.I was thinking to do the same thing. Remember last year they were saying Dallas should face taken Xavier McKinney at 17 instead of Lamb. He went at the top of the 2nd to the Giants. Chinn and Winfield outplayed all safeties their rookie year.
They never say their wrong because nobody holds them accountable and after the draft it just all goes away.
Barmore, Moehrig, McNeil and all 3rd round picks I will be watching
I think he's too top heavy and lacks balance. Looks OK only against a certain type of player/scheme.Hill has helped make himself a cut option. Maybe Quinn can light a fire under him because before Frost left him at UCF, he was coming on and emerging.
