Its mainly narrative shifting. Every time some new qb has a sliver of success, that becomes the guy we should have gotten

Before the 4 td outburst this weekend, the great nick foles had 1 td in 3 starts with 3 interceptions. If he were better than wentz, hed have been starting over wentz.

Ive never seen this board be so obsessed with another teams qb. What is it about wentz that makes idiots here lose their minds?

And will have to follow in Foles foot steps, with pressure from Eagles fans that will turn on him the second he puts together a few bad games or loses games or misses the playoffs. Because you're going to have a section of Philly fans and media questioning if Philly made a mistake in releasing Foles and keeping Wince.

Foles is a Christian pastor. He and teammates even go to church together. He’s a great leaders that’s why eagles play world class with him

Wentz is simply not as great as some folks on here would like to believe.
And I think those folks continue to make excuses for him because they just don’t want to admit they might’ve been wrong about him (which is silly in and of itself).

The guy is absolutely not clutch and is injury prone. All other things aside, this cannot be disputed at this point, and those are two pretty legit knocks on a guy who is supposed to be a top franchise QB.
