How did you guys go from being a team that got beat 3-13 Lions?

Everyone says we collapse in December. Except in 2004 we played BETTER our last 6 games We beat Chicago, Seattle, barely lost to NO and Philthy, beatthe skins and then lost to the Giants on about the last play.

Romo has no muscle. He's too much of a pretty boy.
So you got nothing, huh?

You may beat us in Dallas...but not at Fed Ex.
Yep, when you got nothing, you talk smack.

Simple. It's not December yet.
Well, there is that.

The December swoons were under Bill Parcells. Check closely. He's not here any more.

Not true. All 4 years that Parcells was here we went 2-3 after the Thanksgiving day game and each year we gave up more points.

Look at the scores in the last 6 games of 2004. We gave up less points then our season average and we were competitive and right there in every game.

Parcells built this team and Garrett knows how to use it.
The jury is still out on the defense IMHO.

Danny keeps trying to build the skins, or should I say buy players.
Until Danny understands what Jerry had to understand, you guys will be what you are.
Jerry as owner is the best.
Danny not so much.

but we still lost 3 of 4 games, and only beat the Commanders on the last play.

We have come a long way from the dark days of losing to the Lions. We also lost to another sorry team, the 5-11 Commanders. I consider that just as much of an embarrassment. But you know how it goes, especially in a division game and in this rivalry, the talent level doesn't matter. Sometimes a fluke play can determine the game and the inferior team squeaks by.

Dallas has a 6-4 all time record at Fedex Field or whatever name it has now. That is not exactly a fearsome home field advantage for the Skins.

1) The BMI is almost completely worthless for use by athletes or anyone with some semblance of muscle.

2) If Romo is considered fat, then what do you call Giants backup QB Jared Lorenzen? A dumptruck?

:laugh2: :laugh2: Yes,I think it fits!

4 more years...
...and Snyder will have bought a brand new team of players, who are equally as bad a group as the present one.

Better coaching.....the talent was there last year but let's wait and see how the rest of the season goes

Better coaching?

Who do you think rebuilt this team?

Dave Campo?

What bothers me is that in 2005 it was clear Gibbs was executing his master plan and had overtaken Parcells and the Cowboys in every phase of the game, particularly in the game at Fed Ex.

Since then the Master Plan has slipped and it galls me to think of Gibbs getting outcoached by pups like Garrett and Phillips.

Got Pepto?

Well he's 6'2 and 224 so its tough to understand how he runs so fast...considering he's almost obese on the BMI chart.

Fear...

Phillips is a young pup?

Ahhh, FedEx, aka Texas Stadium East...

You might want to review the Cowboys' record in that venue before pushing this line of BS too far... :D

Master plan?

What master plan? Shooting yourself in the foot in Free Agency is a "master plan?"
