No worries there, weren't no leftovers. One of my favorite uses for leftover spiral sliced ham during the holidays is to make them hasselbacks. You put a piece of ham between each tater slice about when they're halfway done, then some cheese right before they come out. Agree but when I first went on Atkins, subbed cauliflower for potatoes in potato salad and that was good with enough other stuff in it and enough mustard in the dressing.Too many carbs. We now eat cauliflower. (Which is a poor substitute.)

•baked potato...LOTS of butter...pepper and dotted across the top with ketchup.
