To me #1 is get a new center and LT in the offseason. Biadasz is playoff caliber but not Super Bowl caliber.

#2. Get an uncoversble WR or TE. Need a physical monster like a Dez, TO or Metcalf. CeeDee is nice but he’s never going to dominate good teams.

#3 get big bruising RB. That will help soften the defense

#4 Ask Micah what he needs on defense. It looks like we’d have everything we need physically on D. And we have a great DC. But they get bullied too often.

We saw first hand what great LB play can do for a defense. We need legit DE's so Micah can be the Fred Warner of our defense. I get that Micah is our best pass rusher, but he gets stoned by good tackles all the time. He's more effective when he loops/stunts and beats those unathletic interior OL. Let him be Fred Warner and roam sideline to sideline with the occasional blitz mixed in and you would see this defense go up a notch. Imagine Micah and Overshown (maybe) patrolling the middle next season, with a legit DE opposite Tank.

By week 4 I heard so much chirping from the players it's like we've got a team of muhammed ali's without the will and skill to back it all up. They ALL talk to much and the media eats it up. They should've learned the lesson vs AZ but they really do have high opinions of themselves. It's not a bad thing when kept in check but it obviously has not been.
