How important to Cowboys avoiding 2-4?

I can't help but feel like they go in and win this Sunday night. Go in and win over a good Green Bay team after they rolled over to a winless Tampa team. It's just what the Cowboys do. They're great at giving us the rollercoaster rides of the majors highs and the major lows. lol
We need for Dak to get back in the MVP conversation. It won't take much. :muttley:

We've had good teams. But players and coaches have failed us. In a sport that's "a game of inches" it doesn't take much.
Yes but I’m not sure good enough for anymore success. Purely subjective. Unfortunately we haven’t been good enough consistently over a few years to finally break thru.

After 7 games, the Dallas Cowboys are the team that will have only played 2 home games on their main field.
While they have 3 designated "home" games on their schedule during that stretch, their Week 3 game against the Baltimore Ravens was played internationally in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Because their Week 6 game against Green Bay and Week 7 game against Philadelphia are both on the road, their only true home games at AT&T Stadium through their first 7 games are Week 2 (vs. Commanders) and Week 5 (vs. Buccaneers).

Every game in the NFL is huge until you’re mathematically different. This week is no different than others. Win, win, win.
We need for Jerry to quit micro managing and to assemble a good team. And that might start with replacing the GM.

This is part of the problem only team that had traveled the most only 2 home games at ATT ! No other team has done this

This team is not capable of digging itself out of a hole and making a run.

Bad defense, cant force turnovers, and cant run the ball is a horrible combination.

So what? Seriously, you think that's the problem?

We hire an experienced coach and people cry about "retreads". We hire a young coach and people complain about learning on the job. So what's the answer?
A mix. Fans want young coaches that have new and exciting plays/schemes. But we also want the experience of a veteran that knows how to teach the details.

How many years do I need? I'm 69, probably not enough.

ok so Jerry and STEPHEN told you for 30 years, ITS NOT HAPPENING.

now, you ve had 30 years, what do you think the chances remember they told you it wasnt happening, of them hiring a GM? one more time, they told you ITS NOT HAPPENING. treat this like a math problem and show your work

I think we are in very dangerous territory if we want to stay alive this season .

Still early and NFCE appears down but 2-4 with our defense doesn’t look promising for 2026. .
Would be awesome to see a 7-10 record win the division....host a playoff game...then run the table all the way to the Super Bowl

Jerry can point to the Bills. Top offense, trash defense yet they are ranked top 5, probably will stay in the top 10 all season.
