Watching Richards, Bass, Schoonmaker and others play after they have been given a real shot and I simply do not trust the decision making as to who to deploy at all.

Remember after the draft coach Jerry said “I want to see what Ezekiel Elliott can do as RB1”

He meant that seriously, and we are uhm, uhm, uhm, uhm…seeing it….if you will.

Dowdle is actually looking like a decent RB (RB2 on a good team) but Elliott is going to get some touches to appease Jerry.

If I’m Dalvin Cook I’d be fairly pissed. Unless he is hurt. I don’t even know.

Even with the limited rushes, Zeke‘s pff grade is 59

Zeke is a progress stopper, I'm not thinking Deuce is a decent NFL RB, but I definitely believe he should get the carries behind Rico to see what he can be. The Cowboys are unserious for having Zeke on the roster, and a joke for giving him reps...it's a waste.

Whats Zeke blocking grade been this year?

The only snaps he should be seeing are on 3rd down because he excels in picking up the blitz and is still a nice receiver out of the backfield.

Zeke has 56 yards as a receiver this season. 4.3 YPA as a receiver.

Even back in '22 with the boys...he could only manage 4.0 YPA as a receiver.

That just doesn't work at all.

Any competent NFL GM knows that running backs usually get their burst back three years after they clearly lost it.

Even more so if you want them to be your friend.

I literally cringe every time he spells Rico. He brings absolutely zero to the table. Slow. Zero burst. I can’t even say he picks up the blitz well anymore. It makes no sense. The sad thing is, this ridiculous coaching staff will give him more carries on Thursday because of the shirt week. I’ll scream till I’m blue in the face to get Duece more carries.

Most knew this about Zeke when he left for NE. Duece is not the answer. Terrible draft choice. Good ole boy network pick.
